Privacy policy
Your information, explained.
Last updated October 2026. This policy covers information collected through the Canada Blockchain Summit website.
What we collect
When you register we collect your name, email address and selected pass, plus anything optional you choose to share: phone number, country, crypto experience, platforms, wallets, interests, your reason for attending and any message.
Why we collect it
We use your information to manage registrations, plan the event, answer your questions and follow up on speaking, sponsorship, partnership or media inquiries.
Newsletter
Summit news is only sent if you tick the newsletter box. It is optional and not required to attend. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sponsors and third parties
We do not sell your information. Ticking the sponsorship box records your interest in becoming a sponsor; it does not give permission to share your details with sponsors.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored securely with our hosting provider and are accessible only to the event organisers. We keep registration details only as long as needed to run the event and respond to inquiries.
What not to send
Please never include wallet addresses, seed phrases, private keys, passwords or financial account details in the form.
Your choices
To see the information we hold, correct it, delete it or withdraw newsletter consent, send a message through the registration form with “Privacy request” in the message.
